Value
In Value we set out to overcome the universal whine of "I can't get paid what I am worth" This is one of the biggest "double binds" in our culture. Most of us are held hostage by this idea and it is what keeps many people from getting paid at all. Tuesday morning we blew through that double bind and put the participants in a place of power and clarity. They were also able to get a glimpse behind the curtain of what they are really worth.

I’m so glad I jumped in to the Business Women’s Series and attended the session on Value! In the early stages of my business start up it was time to ask the question “Am I paid what I’m worth?” I was able to identify the value for my clients as they have expressed it to me. I learned that it’s always a good time to check in to find out “what’s different?” A key thing to remember is that value is measured by the receiver not the provider of a service. Thanks, Mattison, for the ever-enlightening and important dialogue. Talk about VALUE! See you at the next session - Kathi
Instead of focusing on finding the best small business opportunities, it is important to understand the level of effort and time that will be spent on that business.
