In Value we set out to overcome the universal whine of "I can't get paid what I am worth" This is one of the biggest "double binds" in our culture. Most of us are held hostage by this idea and it is what keeps many people from getting paid at all. Tuesday morning we blew through that double bind and put the participants in a place of power and clarity. They were also able to get a glimpse behind the curtain of what they are really worth.

Last night was VISION the first session of the Business Womens Strategy Series.

Not exactly knowing what to expect the participants arrived excited and enthusiastic. We had a provocative discussion of what VISION really is and what it is not. Then we set about accessing the parts of their vision that is almost always inaccessible to the rationale mind. How did we that is the secret sauce. The results were nothing short of amazing. They left with a completely new view.

What often are missing from the equation are things like Velocity, Strategy and Sustainability. Also essential to women’s business success are Vision, Value, and Service. We’ve developed a series of six business building sessions to assist women entrepreneurs and business leaders in adding these elements to what is already working.

November 6: Strategy: Add the skill of strategy to your service and vision.

December 4: Sustainability: Make a plan to persevere and carry your momentum through the holidays and into 2009.

Five Business Building Coaching Sessions

Women bring some really great skills and talents to the business table – Cooperation, Compassion, and Creativity – just to name a few.

What often are missing from the equation are things like Velocity, Strategy and Sustainability. Also essential to women’s business success are Vision, Value, and Service. We’ve developed a Coaching Group for successful women entrepreneurs and business leaders to assist in adding these elements to what is already working.

Work side by side with other successful women to get more of what you want, faster than you thought possible.

This group will meet on the telephone once per month for five months on the 3^rd Thursday of each month at 1:00 pm Central 2:00 pm Eastern.

This course is one of only three products we deliver over the telephone. If you are outside of Houston, and want to do something with Mattison that doesn’t require travel, this a great opportunity for you to do so.

Attend this coaching group as part of the Business Women’s Strategy Series or as a stand alone. As with any masterful coaching the topics and discussion will be driven by the participants and the needs of the group. In other words I cannot say what we will do, until I know who is attending and what they are trying to accomplish.
